  • SchKG Art. 8a · Einsichtsrecht ins Betreibungsregister

    Anyone who credibly establishes an interest may inspect the register (para. 1). Where a contract is about to be concluded that interest is presumed (para. 2), and a rental application falls under this. A third party's right to inspect expires five years after the proceedings end (para. 4). Paragraph 3 letter d governs something else: non-disclosure of a debt enforcement to third parties at the debtor's request.
