Marketing Cookies
Used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to attribute conversions (e.g., contact form submissions, property inquiries, viewing requests) to the original ad click on Google, Facebook and Instagram. Set only with your explicit consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; Art. 6 para. 6 revDSG). This includes the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API; where an email address is transmitted, it is SHA-256 hashed beforehand.

Cloudflare (CDN & security, no cookies in our configuration)
Our website is delivered through the Cloudflare content delivery network (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) which acts as a reverse proxy in front of our origin server. In our current configuration Cloudflare does NOT set any cookies on your device (no cf_clearance, no __cf_bm). Cloudflare only processes connection metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for the purposes of content delivery, DDoS protection and bot mitigation.
Should we activate features in the future that require Cloudflare cookies (e.g., Bot Management), they will be disclosed here in advance and, where required, included in the consent banner.
Other technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, service worker)
In addition to cookies, we use the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember your cookie choice and preferences. The tenant portal additionally registers a service worker (Progressive Web App) that caches recently viewed pages on your device for offline use. These technologies are treated like strictly necessary cookies: they are essential for the requested service and store no personal data beyond an opaque session identifier.
You can clear localStorage and the service worker cache at any time via your browser settings ('Clear site data').
