Frequently asked questions

Ten percent off your order, with the code BOVITA10 entered in the booking assistant. Nothing else changes: the contract, the facility and the price list are the same as booking directly with HubliBox. You do not need to rent a room from us. As is usual at HubliBox, the discount applies to booking a new unit.

No longer than you want. Billing runs in 30-day periods, and you cancel at the latest 24 hours before the next period starts. So do not plan clearing out for the very last day: if you moved in on the 10th, cancel by the 9th of the following month and have the unit empty by then. One exception: if you use a promotion with a free first month, HubliBox's terms require a minimum rental period of two months, and if you leave earlier the deposit is kept as rent for the second month. The BoVita discount with code BOVITA10 does not trigger this.

The rent is charged automatically every 30 days to the card you provide when booking. There are no transfers to make and no deadlines to track. Just keep the card valid: if a charge fails, HubliBox adds reminder fees and blocks access to the unit once the deadline passes.

No. No VAT applies to the rent for the storage unit. The price you see here is the amount that gets charged.

A deposit of one month's rent is placed when you book, calculated on the plain HubliBox rent, so without insurance, access and without our discount. That is why it sits slightly above the monthly price you see with us. It is not a fee: you get it back when you hand over the unit clean and empty.

Yes. Insurance is taken out automatically when you book, and basic cover is already included in the price shown. If you store higher-value items you can raise the sum insured to the value you actually want covered.

You receive a confirmation by e-mail right after booking. On your move-in day a second e-mail follows with access to the app that opens the building and your unit electronically. On site you drive up at ground level, take a trolley and move your things in.

Around the clock, 365 days a year, without prior notice. The app opens the building and your unit, at night and on public holidays too.

Yes, Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm. If you are unsure whether a size fits, the short trip to Spreitenbach before booking is worth it.

Anything that can spoil, burn or leak: food, hazardous goods, flammable liquids and batteries too. Animals and plants are not allowed either. The full list is in the HubliBox rental terms.

No. A storage unit is for storage, not for working or spending time in. Electrical devices must not be connected there.

The unit is handed back empty, clean and undamaged. Anything left behind may be disposed of or sold by the operator once the period stated in the rental terms has passed.
