Our apartments are located in the Aeschbach quarter – one of the most modern districts in Aarau. Since 2010, a vibrant neighbourhood has emerged on the site of a former shoe factory, combining apartments, offices, restaurants, coworking spaces and small shops. Aarau train station is only 5 minutes' walk away. Our Buchserstrasse 9 property sits directly opposite Cantonal Hospital Aarau (KSA) – the entrance is under 5 minutes on foot. Bovita has a close cooperation with KSA, and hospital staff and nurses are explicitly welcome with us. From Dammweg 81 you reach KSA in about 12 minutes on foot. Perfect for anyone who wants central living with a calm atmosphere.
