My name is Jens Herbst. Twenty years ago, I arrived in Switzerland: new job, empty hands, and a housing search that cost me more nerves than the job itself. The partner I would have needed did not exist. So I built it. And along the way I learned something many property management companies underestimate: what it feels like to be on the other side – and how much easier living and managing become when support, communication, and processes work hand in hand.

You'll receive your personal rental contract digitally via email. Review it at your convenience and sign online.
MOVE-IN
After signing, you'll receive all details about your key handover and move-in date.
