Incomplete Documents

If you need to send documents later, you are automatically slower than others. The agency has no time to wait.

Poor Quality

Crooked phone photos, unreadable scans, cut off documents. This looks unprofessional and raises doubts.

Outdated Debt Register Extract

An extract from 6 months ago is worthless. It must be current, ideally not older than 3 months.

False Information

If you exaggerate your income or employer and it comes out later, that is a breach of trust. It can even lead to termination.

Too Much Text in the Cover Note

Long explanations of why you deserve the apartment seem desperate. Keep it short and factual.

No Contact Details

If the agency cannot reach you, they move on to someone else.
